During their time at Coast Activity Programme, the children will have opportunities to be active, have fun, develop skills and make friends.

With our experienced fun and engaging staff, we want to improve children’s health and wellbeing through active learning in a friendly, safe and inclusive environment. The children will develop new skills led by coaches who have a passion for engaging and supporting children. A variety of sports and activities will be provided, where the children will develop new skills and experience new sports and activities.
Each day the children will get to experience different sports and activities. An example of these are circus skills, tennis, capture the flag, bean bag golf, Shooting stars, dodgeball, kwik cricket, parachute games, scatter ball, Adventure stories, tri-golf, ultimate frisbee, fundamentals and so much more. They will learn invasion games and how to play together as a team and as an individual.
The children will learn about nutrition, have demonstrations from professional chefs and be able to try new foods. Each child will receive a hot meal every day

KS1
(5-7-year-olds)

KS2
(7-11-year-olds)
Improve new skills and have fun whilst getting to experience a range of games and sports with friends in a variety of activities.

KS3/4
(11 – 16-year-olds)
Master new skills and have fun whilst getting to experience a range of games and sports. Or choose to take part in our Sports Leader Programmes

Leadership Award and Qualification programme
For those in Secondary School they will be able to work towards a Leadership Award or their Leadership Level 1 qualification.
Year 7’s will work on their Leadership award 6 – 10 hours to complete
Year 8 and above will begin with their Level 1 Sports Leadership qualification: 23 hours or more to complete.
- the qualifications are designed to use sport and physical activity to help young people develop and hone their leadership skills whilst helping themselves and others stay physically active.
- Develop confident, healthy leaders through sport and physical activity.
- learn and demonstrate important life skills such as effective communication and organisation whilst learning to lead basic physical activities to younger people, their peers, older generations and within the community.
By the end of this programme, we hope you feel ready to continue on your leadership journey. By completing this you will achieve the Accredited by SLQ which is a registered and regulated awarding organisation throughout the UK.
