Ensure your child’s details are Up To Date on Playwaze.
If your child is showing any symptoms, your child should self-isolate in line with Government guidelines.
On arrival please come to the front desk to sign in with the camp manager.
A timetable of the weeks activities will be up for you and your children to see what is going to be available to them. They will also be able to see who their coaches are.
When collecting your child, please come to the main reception. If it is going to be someone else collecting your child, please ensure staff know beforehand.
In case of an emergency:
Please ensure your contact details are kept Up To Date encase we need to get hold of you and that you provide two contact details. Ensuring you are contactable throughout the time your child is at camp.
What to bring:
- Water bottle
- Trainers (outdoor shoes)
- Own hand sanitizer (if desired) We will have hand sanitizer on site for sign-in and between activities as well as regular handwashing.
- Mobile phones – if necessary mobile phones must be kept in bags or with the site manager until the end of the session.
- Money- children will not need money whilst at camp
